5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment
Payment for services, such as car key replacement, repair, or locksmith work, must be made in full upon completion of the job. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all applicable fees.
5.2 Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for services that have been provided. Service cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. Requests for cancellations must be made by contacting us at info@ukcarkeys.co.uk or 07300 300 390.
5.3 Warranties
Replacement Keys: We provide a 12-month warranty on replacement keys, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, loss, or theft.
Ignition Workmanship: We provide a 6-month guarantee on ignition workmanship, covering defects in our service. This guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use or external factors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, imagery, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such materials without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
8. Termination

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services must be raised within 6 months of the service being carried out. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally through good-faith negotiation.
